Refund & Cancellation
Hidden Style values customer’s satisfaction the most, we ensure the product you buy is of top-quality and fits your expectation, however if an item does not meet your standards, our return and refund policies are as following.
- Please note that items like intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- If unsatisfied, the items are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase but only if they’re unworn, no damage or defect is detected and tagged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
In order to request a refund or exchange, you can contact us on our email hiddenstyleee87@gmail.com and our customer representatives will reach out to you, guide you through the process and resolve your query.
Return is only applicable, if you inform us within 30 days of purchase. Any return request made after this time period will be rejected and not dealt with. - We strongly advice customers to not accept an order that has been opened or tempered with. If you receive an order with an item missing, you can contact our 24/7 customer helpline and our representative will help you through the problem. Any claim made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel will not be entertained.
- In case of a refund, we will only return the amount of the items purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be refunded by the Hidden Styles.
- We do not entertain cash refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. International refunds may take longer due to additional processing time.
- Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Order can be cancelled any time before they are processed and confirmed. Cancellation after processing will not be entertained.
- Please note, there is No return or refund on sale items.
