Return & Exchange

Here at Hidden Style, we understand that some items might not reach your standard and turn out the way you imagine them to. Please note, most of our materials are handmade and they might be different from the picture on web or have slight different, but rest assured, we quality check all our products before shipping to ensure you get the best.

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 day of delivery. An exchange will only be eligible if an item is unworn, undamaged or tampered with and with the tag intact.
  • Please note, intimate items such as undergarments and swimwear are not eligible for exchange, as well as sale items.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hiddenstyleee87@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, our representative will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • The exchanged item will only be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
  • For exchange due to a change in size, color or style, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional shipping cost incurred during the shipping process.
  • However, if the exchange is due to a defect or damage that occurred to an item upon delivery. In such a situation, Hidden Style will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charges.
  • Exchanges are dependent on the availability of the stock of the item requested. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available in the desired size or color, we will offer you the option to select another item of the same value or provide store credit for future purchases.
  • Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, it may take up to 7 business days to process the exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once the replacement item is shipped.
  • International exchanges may take longer due to shipping and customs processes.
  • Custom and personalized items are NOT eligible for exchange.
  • We allow one exchange per order, if you need to exchange an item multiple times, subsequent exchanges may incur additional fees and shipping costs.
